Cast as Kim Tae-su in “The Monster You Raised”, he is preparing the character relationships of the first chapter. As an actor who carries the conflict in the work, he reads the character's actions together with the reactions they draw from others.
In this role the space the body occupies matters as much as delivering lines at volume. He finds the starting point of a scene by watching how the choice to take a step closer, or to stop, changes a relationship.
If only the moments that show strength follow one another, a character becomes monotonous. He makes change inside a scene through gaps: the eyes moving first in front of an unexpected reaction, the shoulders loosening late.
